Kelly Wilson (Joe"s Wife- 40 year old female with blonde hair)
Kelly is a homemaker and has been unhappy in her marriage with Joe for several years. She felt that Joe was too focused on work, and barely paid any attention to her. About a year prior to her husband's death, she met Jake Smith, the owner of Jake's Dry Cleaning, and started a romantic relationship with him. Jake Smith (Owner of Jake's Dry Cleaning- 46 year old male with brown hair) Jake has been seeing Kelly Wilson, Joe's wife, for about a year. Jake has been known to be very possessive and controlling. Jake wanted Kelly to file for divorce, but she was unwilling out of concern of how her children would take it. Since he is in the dry cleaning business, he has access to certain chemicals and sources that the general public does not. Ricky Evans (Jake's Dry Cleaning Worker-49 year old male with red hair) Ricky is an employee of Jake's Dry Cleaning, and a good friend of Jake's. Ricky was released from prison many years ago after serving time for a murder for hire conviction. Because of his conviction status, it was difficult for him to find employment, but Jake decided to give Ricky a chance. Ricky had always felt indebted to Jake for hiring him, despite his criminal past. Mary Davis (Joe's Co-Worker at Dirocco Paper Company- 48 year old female with black hair) Mary is Joe's counterpart at Dirocco Paper Company. Mary felt that Joe had been taking away projects from her with the intention of being promoted over her. Mary had one year seniority over Joe, and had always been unhappy that he had been hired at the same level as her. The two co-workers never saw eye to eye or any issue or project. Claire Johnson (Joe's Secretary-39 year old female with blonde hair) Claire and Joe always got along well and had a good working rapport at the paper company. Joe had always spoken highly of his secretary, and the two had never had any problems professionally or personally. The day of Joe's death, a co-worker at the office heard Claire and Joe arguing over Claire's excessive tardies to work that week. Claire was also believed to have been the last person to see Joe alive, and was also the person who found him dead. |
